I forgot to add Septal Infarct. In a Septal Wall MI, you will see your STE in V1 and V2, and maybe some in lead III and aVF. Septal MIs rarely occur on their own, so be aware of any STE that also occurs in your Anterior and Inferior Leads. If you have any questions, just ask!
